Harrison House at the Vermillion Ranch

The Harrison Homestead is a beautifully restored Victorian farmhouse built by a sheep rancher in 1878.

Going through a few different owners and eventually falling to neglect, the Harrison Homestead has been brought back to its full superb and historic grandeur, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

This enchanting building has 3 levels, including a full basement with a bathroom, and can sleep up to 9. It provides the ideal getaway for family reunions and group river trips. Although the Harrison Homestead is frequently used as lodging for hosted fishing trips and schools, including special women’s and kids’ fly-fishing schools, there are usually openings for private rental.

The Harrison Homestead offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The basement level has been renovated to include another gathering space, large television and flanked by bedrooms and laundry room. A wide, cozy screened-in porch overlooks the spacious, lilac-framed yard and the grounds around the house are broad and open for those who enjoy strolling about.
